Multi-region Kubernetes Platform

A self-service Kubernetes platform spanning three regions with automated failover, GitOps deploys, and tenant-scoped namespaces.

Built from scratch on EKS across us-east-1, eu-west-1, and ap-southeast-2. Tenants get a namespace, a CI/CD pipeline template, and SLO dashboards out of the box. Failover is driven by Route 53 health checks and a Cilium clustermesh between regions. All infra lives in Terraform with Atlantis-driven PR review.
